Modern Factory & Advanced Equipment
The brand new JL Rubber production base was completed and put into production in 2015, covering an area of more than 20000 square meters, with a factory area of 11000 square meters.
The factory has different workshops respectively for rubber flooring rolls and rubber gym tiles. Under the guidance of the management philosophy of continuous innovation and quality first, it has adopted the most advanced rubber floor production equipment in the world, and the number of workers has exceeded 150 till today.
JL Rubber only selects the most advanced production equipment and aims to provide customers and the market with products of stable quality. Now we have equipped with 8 production lines for rubber gym tile, 2 production lines for rubber rolls, several mould for different kinds of mat bottoms. Daily production capacity nowadays can be stabilized at 3500 square meters.
Production Procedure
We always firmly believe that the best raw materials are the guarantee of quality. After years of selection and testing, we have finally identified a supplier of stable cooperation. Uniform mixing helps to build a smooth and solid bottom to guarantee the durability.
The layer of JL composite rubber tile are all from the highly quality rubber flooring rolls with certain percentage of EPDM flecks. The thickness of the layer ranges from 3mm to 12mm and can be customized for special needs.
The rubber flooring rolls after cutting process are on the one hand, in different thickness and size, ready for delivering to customers. On the other hand, they can be cut again to be the size for Composite Rubber Tile.
The complete rubber rolls base will be cut into requested size like 500mm*500mm or 1000mm*1000mm. Be ready for the production of rubber tile.
The cut layer in requested size is putted on the bottom for laminating. This is the core process in the rubber tile production. Only experienced and skilled workers can operate the machine with right time and temperature control.
After the laminating process, we will get the tight and strong rubber tile in certain size. After careful packing, they are ready for delivery to our customers all over the wold.
We have another choice of Composite Rubber Tile with Foam Base. This kind of base is cut from the complete foam roller and can be combined well with rubber rolls.
The glue must be brushed evenly on the back of rubber rolls to ensure that every corner will be stick firmly with the foam base. It’s also a process that requires experience and proficiency.
The rubber tile with foam base offers an alternatives of gym flooring. It’s very popular with customers across the world due to its cost-effective and durability.

It’s always better to inspect firstly than re-producing afterwards. We have the special team for in-line quality inspection to check every process during the production. From safe-operating to products details, all works are to be done to guarantee the first-class of quality.
The finished rubber rolls, tiles or TPE mats can only by packed after the complete quality inspection. There will be no single disqualified piece of rubber mat be sent to our customers. That is the reason why we never got any complaint from business partners.
