I’m responsible for maintaining the quality and standard of JLRubberFlooring’s products as well as the solving technical problems during the production, researching and development. After specializing in the rubber flooring industry for more than 10 years, I took up the role of frontline fighter and haven’t looked back since.

Now I work alongside with an experienced production team in which we could communicate smoothly and solve any unexpected problems high-efficiently. To make sure that our customers could get the qualified goods without any afterwards worry, I also hold the keys to our QC department. There will be no piece of defected products coming out of our factory.

I divide my time between workshop, family and the kitchen, which means I get to enjoy working with my bros, relaxing with my family and sharing delicious food with them.
