As JLRubberFlooring’s Managing Director, I am in charge of the day-to-day operational running of the business, which includes our business strategy, operations and client services. Over the past 20 years, I’ve transformed the way that we serve and think for our clients, and can confidently say that JLRubberFlooring is now an industry leader in the rubber flooring solutions, and a pioneer in the innovation. I’ve always worked closely with Jack to implement our operation principle which encouraged us to be one of the best players in this field.
 

Creating and growing up with Jianli is one of the most precious experiences of my life, and she has become a part of my life. But I still accompany my family as much as possible, travel with them during the holidays and grow up together. They are my most precious wealth.
