I’m the founder&CEO of JLRubberFlooring and my job is to make sure the company is in a sustainable, exciting way. My specialist sectors are management and market exploration. I’m good at making sure clients at home and abroad are getting professional service from our team, coming up with creative ideas, and inspiring the team to achieve bigger and better things. I love seeing people in the JLRubberFlooring team develop and I’m spending more and more time training and guiding our people, which is something I enjoy.

JLRubberFlooring is fairly 24/7 for me, but I also spend time cooking at home, playing football weekly with my old friends, training in my home gym and traveling with my family for relaxation or holidays.
